Leah's personalized hosting truly made us feel like guests in a home rather than just customers, with thoughtful recommendations and hospitality.
The check-in window was quite strict, and arriving even slightly late felt like a massive inconvenience to the hosts.

Bicycle storage options, Location by the River Ness, Engagement with local community
Sound insulation between rooms could use improvement!!! Noise from bathroom extraction fan was bothersome!!! Limited outdoor space would benefit relaxation options!!! Lack of air conditioning during warm months was uncomfortable!!!

Just a decent option for a short stay in Inverness with fantastic value for money. The room was cozy, and I slept really well without any disturbances. Keep in mind, breakfast costs extra and is paid in cash only.

The Family Room with Private Bathroom was amazing! It had a comfortable bed, classy decor, and great views of the River Ness. Plus, shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer were included, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Leah was super nice and provided great help, and after 6pm, parking was free outside.

We had a lovely time enjoying the clean, well-decorated room with an amazing view of the river and the delicious breakfast spread that offered fresh fruit and hot items. There were cozy spots to unwind inside and a nice garden to relax in, which was a nice touch. My only small gripe was the lack of a microwave in the room for snacks. 😊
